Simulation Anchor Die Technologies utilizes the latest computerized forming simulation software, in a station by station format, to achieve the most accurate results. This type of simulation can predict several possible forming problems: fractures, wrinkling, folding, insufficient pressure and spring-back. With the information gathered, part processing and/or product design can be modified in the design stage. This translates to savings in time and last minute rework of both the stamping die and the product. Development completed in this manner assists in maintaining deliveries by reducing the need for last minute changes to the tool or product.
