Anchor Die Technologies is a designer and manufacture of all types of stamping dies. Utilizing AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Unigraphics and SolidWorks to design complete 2D & 3D die designs. Our die design includes 100% detailing of every manufactured component in the die and a comprehensive bill of material that list size, type, manufacturer, part number and quantity of every component. Part prints can be supplied in most native file formats or translations. Finished as-built, designs and bill of material are supplied in any format translation required.

CMM, Mapping & Reverse Engineering

Anchor Die Technologies utilizes a portable arm CMM to check sample parts, Map old details for reverse engineering. This allows ADT the ability to check finished parts off the tool to insure that the parts are to specification. ADT can dimension old broken die sections that do not have drawings and reproduce them through reverse engineering. This technology also allows for CMM checks on the die as it is being constructed on the bench.
